The promise nobody can keep
The decision on residence and citizenship rests with the Turkish administration, and the decision on any other official procedure rests with the authority that examines it — a Turkish authority or the consulate concerned — not with any office. Anyone who says “100% guaranteed” or “no refusal” either does not know their job, or knows exactly what they are doing.
The phrases that keep appearing in these cases are well known: “guaranteed residence”, “no refusal”, “within 7 days”, “the fastest”, “the cheapest”. If you see one of them, stop and ask again.
Serious offices in this field do not use that language at all. So exaggeration is not a sign of quality — it is a warning sign.
What we do guarantee
We do not guarantee the decision. We guarantee our work — and it is written, not spoken.
- A complete file: your papers checked before the appointment, no gap that delays you.
- An appointment on time: we book, follow up and remind you.
- Two separate numbers: what is paid to others and our fee written down before you pay anything.
- Follow-up until the result: we tell you at every real change, not empty reassurance messages.
- A straight answer: if your procedure is not possible now we say so, and we do not charge for that answer.
- A receipt for every official payment: what is paid to an authority or to another provider is paid with a receipt in your name and never passes through us; we ask for no transfer to a personal account and no bank card details.
- One number and a fixed address: you reach us on the number written on this site, and you find us at the same address — you may walk in without an appointment.
What is in our hands, and what is in the administration’s
This is the whole difference. Anyone promising you the second column is promising something that is not theirs to give.
| We guarantee | No one can guarantee |
|---|---|
| A complete, checked file before the appointment | The administration accepting the fileSomething missing will delay you. But a complete file does not oblige the administration to say yes. |
| An appointment booked and followed | Which appointment date is available |
| Two separate figures, written before you pay | The size of the official feeThe state sets and revises it; we write it as it stands on the day. |
| The refusal reason explained, and your options | The refusal decision itself |
| Telling you at every real change | How long processing takes |
How to protect yourself — from any office, not just with us
These rules apply to every office in this market. Follow them even if you do not work with us.
Nothing you tick here is saved — the page opens empty every time, because the device may be shared.
The receipt
The document that makes a payment provable. Ask any office for it — not just us.
Warning signs — from real cases in this market
This is not scaremongering; these are patterns that repeat in complaints published on Şikayetvar, the Turkish consumer complaints platform — you can read them yourself.
- A promise of a guaranteed result, or a very short deadline, for a large amount paid up front.
- A request to transfer to a personal account, then a refusal to give a receipt.
- Complete silence after payment, and a repeated promise to “refund at the end of the month”.
- A site asking for your card details to book an “appointment”.
- Several mobile numbers that change from one procedure to the next, and no address you can visit.
If our name is used
We never ask for payment into a personal account, never promise a guaranteed result, and never ask for your bank card details.
If someone contacts you in our name and asks for any of that, check with us directly on the number written on this site before you pay anything.
