From the first message to the result

How we work

Four clear steps. At each step you know where your file stands and what we need from you.

The four steps

No surprises halfway through. Each step ends with a clear result, and you know what it is.

  1. You tell us your situation

One WhatsApp message is enough: what you need and where you stand today. We do not need any documents from you at this stage.

  2. We tell you what applies to you

Whether it is possible now, which documents your case actually needs, and what it costs — what is paid to others and our fee written separately. You decide here, not before.

  3. We prepare the file and follow it

Checking the papers before the appointment so that nothing is missing to delay you, booking the appointment and filling in the official forms, and coming with you to translate when needed. And where your procedure requires it, we get the tax number and pay the official fee online, with a receipt in your name, so you do not have to stand in a queue.

  4. We tell you at every real change

Whenever the file actually moves — not weekly messages just to reassure you. And if the procedure ends with a card or a document delivered by post (PTT), we follow it until it reaches your hand and tell you. You can ask us at any time, usually with an answer the same day.

What is asked of you at each step

“No surprises” only works if you know your part too, not just ours.

The limits of our work

What we do and what we don’t — written before you ask.

What we do

  • Reviewing your situation and identifying the right route before any step is taken.
  • Preparing a document list made for your case, not a generic copied one.
  • Checking the papers before the appointment so that nothing is missing to delay you.
  • Booking appointments and filling in the official forms.
  • Coming with you on the appointment day and translating when needed.
  • Following the application and telling you about any development until the result.

And what we do not do

  • We do not interfere with the administration's decision and we do not promise a guaranteed result.
  • We do not ask for any money before you know the full cost and agree to it.
  • We do not give litigation advice; if your case needs a lawyer we say so and refer you.
  • If your case does not allow an application right now, we will tell you plainly.

These are the limits of our work, written before you ask. Limits are part of the service. If someone never states theirs, you never know where you stand with them.

Checking the papers

The step that catches a missing document before the appointment, not after.

Why we separate what is paid to others from our fee

The most common complaint in this field is a single vague amount, where nobody knows how much went to the Turkish treasury and how much stayed at the office.

With us the two numbers are separate and written down before you pay anything. Amounts owed to others — the authority, the notary, the sworn translator, the carrier, depending on your procedure — are paid to them, do not pass through us, and you get the receipt. Our fee covers defined work: checking, booking, filling, accompanying and following up.

This separation does not necessarily make us cheaper. It makes sure you know what you are paying for.

Questions about how we work

What does the first consultation cost?
It is free. You ask about your situation, we tell you what applies to you and what it costs, and then you decide.
Do I have to come to the office?
It depends on the procedure. For most of them the contact and the document check happen remotely; attending in person is only required for official appointments.
How often will you contact me during the procedure?
Whenever the file actually changes — not weekly just to reassure you. And you can ask us at any time.
What if the application is refused?
We read the reason stated in the decision and explain it to you, then set out the available options. If the route is judicial we refer you to a lawyer.
When do I pay, and how?
After you know the full cost and agree to it, not before. What is paid to the state is paid to the state with a receipt in your name — and where the procedure allows it, we pay it online — while our fee is a separate figure. We ask for no bank card details and no transfer to a personal account.
How long does a procedure take?
We do not give one single number, because the time is not all in our hands. Part of it is in your hands: how fast you gather the papers. Part is with the authority: the appointment date and the review period. And part is with us. What we do say at every step is where the file has reached and who we are waiting for. That is more useful than a date we cannot keep.

Start with a question, not a payment

Write to us and describe your situation in one message. If your procedure is not possible right now we will tell you honestly, and we will not charge you for that answer.
