  2. We tell you what applies to you

    Whether it is possible now. Which documents your case actually needs — not a generic list. And what it costs, with the fees paid to others and our own fee written separately.

  3. We prepare your file and follow it through

    We check your papers before the appointment to catch the gaps that delay a file, book the appointment, fill in the forms, and come with you to translate when needed.

  4. We tell you when something actually changes

    Whenever the file actually moves — not weekly messages just to reassure you. And you can ask us at any time.

Questions people ask us most

What does the first consultation cost?
The first consultation is free. You describe your situation, we tell you what applies to you and what it would cost, and then you decide. We do not ask for any money before you know the full cost and agree to it.
Do you guarantee the outcome?
No. The decision rests with the Turkish administration and nobody can guarantee it. What we do guarantee is our own work: a complete file, an appointment on time, and follow-up until the result. And if your case does not allow an application right now, we will tell you plainly.
Do I have to come to the office?
It depends on the procedure. For most procedures we can do the messaging and the document check remotely, and you only need to come in person for official appointments. Our office in Fatih is open if you prefer to meet face to face.
What language can I speak with you in?
Arabic, and Turkish or English when needed. We handle the Turkish institutions and the translation ourselves.
My procedure is not on the list. What now?
Send us one message describing what you need. If we do not handle it, we will tell you plainly and point you to the right place if we can.
I found a site offering an instant appointment for a fee — is that normal?
No. An official appointment is booked through the relevant authority's own channel, and it is not for sale. Any page asking for your bank card details in exchange for “an earlier appointment” is a warning sign. We never ask for card details or the password to any of your accounts, we never take payment into a personal account, and the official fee is paid with a receipt in your name.
