Who is this service for?
- Your trip is tied to a procedure: a visa file, a consulate appointment, or a university enrolment.
- You need a booking document in a form that can be attached to an official file, not just a confirmation message on your phone.
- You are travelling with your family or in a group, and the itinerary has more than one stop and more than one fixed date.
- You struggle with a booking system in a language you do not read, or with addressing the airline when something changes or is cancelled.
- You booked it yourself and then something went wrong: the appointment moved, the application was refused, the flight was cancelled — and you need someone to deal with the company for you.
- You hold the kimlik (temporary protection card) and want to travel inside or outside Türkiye — we set out what follows from that before you book, not after.
What we do
- We plan the itinerary and the dates so they fit around your procedure's appointments, not the other way round.
- We book the tickets and the accommodation, and match the names and dates against your passport before confirming.
- We arrange travel insurance.
- We coordinate the trip with the procedure behind it: the visa file, the consulate appointment, or whatever the receiving authority asks for.
- We put the booking documents into the form the file accepts: a written confirmation, a name matching the passport, and dates consistent with the rest of your papers.
And what we do not do
- We do not issue visas and we do not promise entry. The visa decision belongs to the consulate of the destination country and the entry decision to the border authority; no office can influence either.
- We do not arrange fake or unfulfilled bookings. A dummy booking is a known ground for visa refusal; anyone offering you one is selling you a risk, not a service — stay away from it.
- We do not issue the travel permit in the authority's place and we do not promise it will be granted. A kimlik holder's travel permit is the migration office's decision alone; our job is to tell you when it is required and what is asked, and to build the booking on what is actually issued rather than on what we expect.
- We do not ask for your bank card details, and we do not take the ticket price into a personal account. What is paid to the company comes back to you as a confirmation and a receipt in your name, and a request to transfer to an account in a person's name is a danger sign wherever it comes from.
- We do not change the airline's or the hotel's own terms. The change, cancellation and baggage rules are theirs; our job is to read them to you before you pay, not after.
Documents required for tourism and travel services
This is the core list for most cases. Tick them off as you gather your papers — you can print this page and take it with you.
What we need from you to start
6 / 6What you tick stays in your browser. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
Why do we ask for the passport before anything else? Because the name on the ticket has to match the passport letter for letter. Correcting a name after confirmation is not always possible, and where it is, it happens on the airline's terms and at your cost. Checking now is cheaper than everything that follows.
How the procedure runs for tourism and travel services
We listen to the plan
Where to, when, with whom, and whether the trip is tied to a procedure. Those answers tell us what you need — and whether you need us at all.
our partWhatsApp or at the office
We check what could stop the trip
Passport validity against your destination's conditions, the transit rule if your route has stops, the spelling of the name, and your status in Türkiye if you hold the kimlik. These are checked before you pay, not after.
our part
We lay out the options and you choose
The itinerary, the price and the change and cancellation terms, written out in front of you. We confirm nothing before you agree.
your partDepends how fast you choose
We confirm the booking and hand over the documents
Ticket, accommodation confirmation and insurance — with names matching your passport, and in the form your file accepts if the trip is tied to a procedure. We also give you the booking reference so you can verify it with the company yourself.
our part
We stay with you until departure
Our work does not end when the ticket is handed over. The same channel stays open until the day you travel, and if something comes up we are the ones who address the company, not you.
our partUntil your departure date
Cost: we separate what is paid to others from our fee
Ticket and booking prices
The price of the ticket, the accommodation and the insurance is paid to the airline, the hotel and the insurer, and it moves with the dates and with seat and room availability. We add nothing on top of these amounts, and we give you the confirmation and the receipt in your name.
Our arranging and coordination fee
For the planning, checking the passport and the names, confirming the bookings, putting the documents into the form your file accepts, and following up when something changes. We tell you the full amount before we begin.
The first consultation is free whether you continue with us or not. We are useful when the trip is tied to a procedure, when the itinerary branches and there are several travellers, or when the language is the obstacle. But if you are buying one ticket to a destination you know, your passport is in order and no file depends on it, you do not need us — book it yourself.
What usually stops a file
What ruins a trip is usually not its price but a small detail that surfaces at the counter or at the consulate. These are the most common ones, and we check them with you before confirming:
The conditions and periods here — the passport validity required, transit rules, and company terms — change by official decision and differ by nationality, travel document and destination; we verify them when we study your case and do not publish figures that may be out of date.
