Why we started
Most of us have been through the same thing: missing papers, a missed appointment, and an office that says “everything is fine” and then disappears the moment there is a problem.
The idea we started with is simple: tell the truth from the first message. If the procedure is possible, say how and what it costs. If it is not possible right now, say so instead of taking the money and stalling.
This is not a marketing line; it is the only way people come back and send their relatives.
What kind of office this is
A question that deserves a straight answer: this market has law firms, brokers, translation offices, and people who call themselves “consultants”. We are one specific thing, and not the others.
We are
- An administrative services office with an address in Fatih you can visit and sit in.
- We prepare and follow the file: checking papers, booking appointments, filling in the official forms.
- We translate and come with you on appointment day when needed.
- We explain what applies to your case specifically — before you pay anything.
We are not
- Not a law firm. No litigation, no court work; when the path is judicial we say so and refer you.
- Not an official body. The decision belongs to the Turkish administration, and no one can influence it.
- Not a broker who quotes you one vague sum. Money owed to others goes straight to them and never passes through us; our fee is written separately.
- We never ask for bank card details, nor payment to a personal account.
This distinction is not a formality. If you have heard “I will handle everything for you” before, it is the first thing you need to know.
Who will follow your file
Three areas of responsibility. Your file has one owner from start to finish — you are not passed from one desk to another. Here we write the area of work, not the name. Publishing a name needs that person's permission, and a professional registration number needs a document we can show you. Until we have both, we publish neither, instead of writing something you cannot check.

- We do not promise a guaranteed result — the decision rests with the Turkish administration.
- A document list prepared for your case, after we hear your situation.
- If your procedure is not possible right now we will tell you plainly.
- If your case needs a lawyer, we say so and refer you instead of trying.

Questions about the office
Do you give legal advice?
We accompany you through administrative procedures and explain the route. What needs a lawyer — cases and pleadings — we say so and refer you.
Do you work with people outside Istanbul?
Yes. Most procedures are handled remotely, and attending in person is only required for official appointments that need you there.
Why do you write the area of work instead of the person's name?
Because publishing a name needs that person's consent, and a professional registration number needs a document that can be shown. Until both are complete we write who follows what, rather than a name you cannot verify. It changes nothing in how you are dealt with: you know the person from the first message, and it stays the same person to the end of the file.
The messages above — how can I verify them?
You cannot, and we say so plainly: they are WhatsApp messages people sent us, published without names, because we never asked anyone for permission to publish their name. So we do not build any claim on them, and we do not treat them as proof. If you want an opinion we do not control, our Google page is open for reviews.
Which languages do you follow up in?
Arabic, Turkish and English — and the cards above show which languages go with which area. Correspondence, checking the papers and translating on the appointment day happen in those languages.
Can I come to the office without an appointment?
Yes, during the working hours written on the contact page. It is better to write to us first: we will tell you whether the visit is needed at all, and what to bring so that you do not come twice.
