Booking official appointments in Türkiye

Booking an appointment is not a small step; the wrong appointment is an expensive one. An appointment at the wrong office, of a type that does not fit your procedure, or one you turn up to with a document missing — all three end the same way: a lost day, a lost place in the queue, and sometimes a lost fee. So we start from the procedure itself: which authority, which kind of appointment, and what has to be ready before anything is booked.

What is hard for you, we can manage — God willing

Who is this service for?

  • You do not know which authority to book with in the first place: the migration office, the civil registry office, a consulate, or somewhere else.
  • Anyone facing a booking system in Turkish who cannot tell what each field is asking for.
  • Anyone without an e-Devlet password, when many appointments can only be booked through it.
  • Anyone whose appointment is one link in a chain — a document before it and a document after it — where the order decides whether the appointment is worth anything.
  • Anyone who has looked for an open slot and found none, and needs someone to keep watching on their behalf.
  • Anyone who landed on a site asking for their bank card details in exchange for “an earlier appointment” and wants to know what to do now.

What we do

  • Identify the authority and the appointment type before anything is booked: which office actually handles your procedure, and which of its appointment types fits it.
  • Book appointments for data updates and travel permission, for civil registry office matters, and for consulates, including the Syrian consulate.
  • Help you obtain an e-Devlet password where booking requires one; you collect it in person yourself — from a PTT branch or one of the other official channels.
  • Read the booking form with you field by field, and enter your details exactly as they appear in your documents.
  • Send you the list of what must be in your hand on the day before the appointment is booked, not after.
  • Keep watching for slots when none are open, and tell you when one that suits you appears.
  • Remind you before the appointment, and rearrange it if the appointment falls through or your situation changes.

And what we do not do

  • We do not jump the queue, and we neither buy nor sell appointments. Anyone offering you that for a fee is someone to walk away from; the offer itself is a danger sign.
  • We do not ask for your bank card details or the password to your account. Signing in to e-Devlet happens with you present, and you are the one who types the password.
  • We do not create an appointment that does not exist in the official system. If no slot is open, no slot is open — we say so rather than sell you a wait.
  • We do not set the date; the system does. What we hold is readiness and follow-up, not the calendar.
  • We do not attend in your place where your personal attendance is required, and we do not sign in your name without a valid power of attorney.
  • We do not book an appointment we know will not help you: if your papers are not ready we say so and postpone the booking, because an appointment you attend with a gap costs you the slot and the day together.

Documents required for appointment booking

This is the core list for most cases. Tick them off as you gather your papers — you can print this page and take it with you.

Why do we ask about the authority before the date? Because most of the wasted appointments that reach us were not appointments at the wrong time — they were valid appointments at the wrong office, or of the wrong type. The authority decides the system, and the system decides what has to be ready before booking. One question at the start saves you a second appointment.

How the procedure runs for appointment booking

  1. First contact

You tell us your procedure and your situation: what you need done, which papers you hold, and whether you have an e-Devlet password.

  2. Identifying the authority and the appointment type

We read your case and work out which body handles it and which appointment type belongs to it, and whether something has to be done first.

  3. Getting the booking requirements ready

We send you what is needed before the system is opened: the numbers, the papers, and the e-Devlet password where it is required.

  4. Booking and confirmation

We book on the official system and review the details with you before confirming, then keep the appointment confirmation and send it to you.

  5. Before the appointment and on the day

We remind you and go through what you are taking with you, come with you and interpret where needed. If the appointment falls through, we arrange it again.

Cost: we separate what is paid to others from our fee

Official fees

Some appointments carry no fee at all, and some procedures have an official fee paid to the authority itself or through a bank with a receipt in your name — it does not pass through us. There is no such thing as an “appointment booking fee” paid to a private website: anyone asking you for one is not an official body.

Paid to us

Our arranging and follow-up fee

For identifying the authority and appointment type, getting the booking requirements ready, the booking itself and following it, the reminder before the day and the accompaniment on it. We write the full amount down before we start.

When do you not need us? If you know the authority and the appointment type, read enough Turkish, have an e-Devlet password and your papers are ready — book it yourself; appointments on the official systems are not for sale and booking one needs no middleman. We say that plainly. We are useful when the system is in a language you do not read, when the right authority is not obvious, when the appointment is one link in a chain of procedures, or when no slot appears and you need someone to keep watching for you. And the first consultation is free whether you continue with us or not.

What usually stops a file

An appointment is not “refused” — it is wasted. These are the most frequent reasons in the cases that reach us after an appointment that came to nothing:

The wrong authority, or the wrong appointment typeA perfectly valid appointment at an office that does not handle your matter ends in one sentence — “not here” — and the queue starts again.
Turning up with a document missingOne missing document is enough for the file to close at the counter and a new appointment to be asked of you.
The name is spelled differentlyA name entered in the system in a form that differs from the passport or the permit: either the system refuses it, or it accepts it and the file stops later at the check.
Arriving after the appointment timeTurning up after the stated time means a new appointment, and the system may not open a nearby slot.
A procedure that cannot be opened without an e-Devlet passwordThis is usually discovered in front of the screen, once the day has already been spent.
An unofficial appointment websiteA page that looks like the official one and asks for your card details in exchange for “an earlier appointment”. The appointment never comes and the money never returns, and the pattern recurs in complaints published on the Turkish complaints platform Şikayetvar.

And if you have already entered your card details on one of these sites, the first step is not with us but with your bank: stop the card immediately. The card matters more than the appointment, and the appointment can be arranged afterwards.

Questions people ask about appointment booking

Can I not book the appointment myself?
Yes, in most cases you can, and official appointments are not for sale. The hard part is rarely the booking screen itself; it is knowing who your procedure belongs to, which kind of slot fits it, and what must already be in your hand before you open the system. If that is all clear to you, book it yourself; if one link is still unclear, ask before you book rather than after.
I do not have an e-Devlet password. What do I do?
The state issues it to you in person, against your passport or ID and your number in Türkiye — from a PTT branch inside Türkiye, and free of charge from a Turkish embassy or consulate if you are abroad. No middleman sells it and no private website should ask you for it. We explain what to take with you and which office is nearest, then help you sign in and set the account up. The password stays with you alone; we change it with you if anyone has seen it.
I entered my card details on an appointment site. What do I do now?
Call your bank first and ask for the card to be stopped, before anything else. Then keep the screenshots, the debit messages and the address of the site; those are your evidence if you decide to file a complaint. And do not pay a second amount to “fix” the first, whatever you are told. After that we help you find the official authority for your procedure and start again on its proper route.
Why can I never find an open slot?
Because slots are released in batches and fill quickly. And sometimes the reason is simpler: the chosen appointment type is wrong, or the authority is wrong, so the system looks empty when it is not. We check those two first, then keep watching and tell you when a slot that suits you appears.
Can you guarantee me an early appointment?
No, and we could not. The available dates are opened by the system, not by us, and anyone promising you a “guaranteed” appointment or one “within days” is selling you something they do not have. What we do commit to is different: that the booking requirements are ready before a slot appears, that we watch and tell you, and that no appointment is lost over a missing document.
Do I have to attend in person on the day?
For most procedures yes, personal attendance is required, especially where fingerprints or a signature are taken. Some procedures can be done under a valid power of attorney and some cannot. We tell you which one your case is before the booking, not after, and we come with you on the day and interpret where needed.
I booked an appointment and could not attend. What happens?
The appointment lapses, and it has to be booked again from the beginning. That is why we cancel in advance when we know you will not be there, rather than let the slot pass unused. Tell us as soon as your situation changes, not on the day itself.
