Who is this service for?
- You want to bring your family together inside Türkiye: spouse, minor children.
- You hold a kimlik (temporary protection card) and your family is in another province or outside the register.
- You hold a valid residence permit and want family residence for your spouse or children.
- You have been asked for a notarised invitation to submit to another country's consulate.
- Your family is registered in another province and you want to know what is required before anyone travels.
- Your file was refused before and you want to know whether the reason was a missing document or a route that never fitted your situation.
What we do
- We ask the two questions that decide everything: reunification inside Türkiye or to another country? And what does each party hold?
- We establish which authority will receive the file before any step, because that authority decides the form of certification and translation required.
- We review both parties on paper: type of residence permit or kimlik, civil registry record, the relationship and what proves it.
- We check each party's passport validity and the term of their permit or kimlik before you prepare a single document.
- We establish the applicable route and tell you exactly what it requires — and what it does not.
- We prepare the documents: civil registry extract, marriage or birth record, sworn translation and certification.
- We arrange the notarised invitation when the route requires one.
- We book the necessary appointments, accompany you and interpret where needed, and follow the file until a decision is issued.
And what we do not do
- We do not issue visas and we do not promise them. The visa decision belongs to the consulate of the destination country alone, and no office can influence it.
- We do not interfere with the Turkish authority's decision and we promise no guaranteed outcome.
- We do not give legal counsel and we do not draft court pleadings; if your file needs a lawyer we tell you so and refer you to one.
- If your situation does not allow the route you want right now, we tell you so directly before you pay anything.
- We do not ask for your bank card details or the password to any account of yours, and we do not take payment into a personal account.
- We do not alter information in a document and we do not obtain a document outside its official channel, whatever the reason or the urgency.
- We do not undertake to obtain an earlier appointment for an extra amount; the appointment follows the receiving authority's calendar, not our wishes.
Documents required for the family reunification invitation
This is the core list for most cases. Tick them off as you gather your papers — you can print this page and take it with you.
What we need to start
7 / 7What you tick stays in your browser. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
Why do we ask about both parties together? Because the route is decided by the two of you, not by one: the same request follows one path when both parties are inside Türkiye and an entirely different one when one of them is abroad. And why do we ask which authority receives it? Because that is what decides the form of certification and translation; the very same document is accepted in one form and returned in another. Answering these questions saves you weeks on the wrong route.
How the procedure runs for the family reunification invitation
We establish the route
Inside Türkiye or to another country? And what does each party hold? These two answers decide the route and the document list — nothing before them.
our partWhatsApp or at the office
We review the situation on paper
Type of residence permit or kimlik, civil registry record, passport validity, what proves the relationship. This is where the gaps that stop a file later become visible, and knowing them now is cheaper.
our part
Preparing the documents
Civil registry extract, marriage or birth record, sworn translation and certification in the form the receiving authority requires — not in a general form that suits every authority, because no such form exists.
your part
The invitation or the application
If the route requires a notarised invitation, we arrange it at the notary. If it is an application to the migration office, we complete it and book the appointment.
the authority’s part
Following through to the decision
We follow the state of the file and tell you of any development. When the decision is issued we explain what it means and what the next step is.

Cost: we separate what is paid to others from our fee
Official fees
Office fees, the notary, sworn translation and certification — paid to those who charge them, and varying by route and number of documents. These amounts do not pass through us and we give you the receipt.
Our fee
For establishing the route, reviewing both parties' situation, preparing the documents and coordinating translation and certification, booking appointments, and following through to the decision. We tell you the full amount before we begin.
The first consultation is free whether you continue with us or not. If it turns out your route does not need us, or is not possible right now, you learn that without paying anything.
What usually stops a file
What stops family reunification files is usually not refusal but starting on the wrong route. These are the most common reasons:
The conditions and periods on these routes change by decision of the authorities and differ by nationality and type of residence permit; we verify them when we study your case and do not publish figures that may be out of date.
