VIP visa: preparing and following your file

A visa decision is not for sale, and no office can influence it. What can actually be worked on is the file: complete, consistent with itself, submitted in the right category — and a frank word before you pay if applying now is not the right move.

What is hard for you, we can manage — God willing

Who is this service for?

  • You are planning travel to another country while living in Türkiye, and want the file prepared correctly the first time.
  • Your application was refused before and you want to read the written reason and know what was missing, before you resubmit the same file.
  • You hold a kimlik (temporary protection card) and do not know what travelling outside Türkiye means for you — these are two separate questions: what the consulate accepts from you, and what leaving does to your status here.
  • You are applying for your family: more than one file at once, with names, relationships and dates that have to agree across all of them.
  • You cannot read the forms and the letters, and you need translation and someone with you at each step.
  • Someone has offered you a “guaranteed visa” and you want a frank opinion before you pay anything.

What we do

  • We ask first: which country, what is the purpose of the trip, and which type of application fits it — because everything after that changes with the answer.
  • We review your situation on paper: your residence in Türkiye, your passport, your past travel, and whether anything blocks an application right now.
  • We prepare the file in the form the receiving authority requires: the form, the supporting documents, and their order.
  • We arrange sworn translation and notary certification for whatever in your file needs it.
  • We book the appointment through the official channel and complete the form with information matching your documents, then review it with you before submission.
  • We come with you on the day and interpret where needed, then follow through until the answer is issued and explain what it means.

And what we do not do

  • We do not issue visas and we do not promise them. The visa decision belongs to the consulate of the destination country alone, and no office can influence it — “VIP” is the name of our service, not a property of the visa.
  • We do not sell a “confirmed visa” or a “guaranteed appointment”. Appointments are booked through the official channels and in turn; we pay nothing for priority and we do not ask you to.
  • We do not prepare a document that is not true: no fake hotel booking, no edited bank statement, no employment letter for a job that does not exist. If anyone offers you this, walk away — such papers get detected, and detection does not stop at this one application.
  • We do not apply in your place where the authority requires you in person. Where the fingerprints or the photograph are taken from the applicant, no office can attend instead of you; anyone promising that is selling you something they do not have.
  • We do not keep your passport at the office. Whatever is required goes to the receiving authority against a receipt, and whatever is not required stays with you.
  • We do not give legal counsel; if your file needs a lawyer we tell you so and refer you to one.
  • If your situation does not allow an application now, or a refusal is likely for a reason we cannot fix, we tell you before you pay anything.

Documents required for the VIP visa

This is the core list for most cases. Tick them off as you gather your papers — you can print this page and take it with you.

What we need from you to start

Send this list on WhatsApp

What you tick stays in your browser. Nothing is sent until you press the button.

Why do we ask all this before we begin? Because the document list does not exist before the answer: it changes with the country, the purpose of travel and the type of application. Anyone preparing against a generic list collects papers they do not need and leaves out one they do — and finds out on the day of the appointment. We send you the exact list after these questions, so you do not spend effort on a document nobody will ask you for.

How the procedure runs for the VIP visa

  1. We establish the destination and the type of application

Which country, what the purpose of the trip is, and which type of application fits it. The whole document list is built from that answer — nothing before it.

our partWhatsApp or at the office

  2. We review your situation on paper

Residence permit, passport, past travel and any previous refusal. This is where what can be fixed before applying becomes visible, and what makes applying now unwise — and knowing it now is cheaper than knowing it after a refusal.

    our part

  3. We prepare the file, the translation and the certification

The form and the supporting documents in the shape the receiving authority requires, with sworn translation and certification for whatever needs it.

your partDepends how fast you gather the papers

  4. The appointment and the submission

We review the form with you before the day of the appointment, not on it: a mistake that surfaces in the queue costs another appointment. On the day we are with you and interpret where needed, and you leave it knowing what was submitted and what the next step is.

the authority’s partDepends on the earliest available slot

  5. Following through until the answer

We follow the state of the application and tell you of any development. When the decision is issued we explain what it means and what options remain after it.

Cost: we separate what is paid to others from our fee

Paid to others

Official fees

The visa fee and the application centre's charges, plus sworn translation and certification — paid to those who charge them, and varying by destination, type of application and number of documents. These amounts do not pass through us and we give you the receipt. Is the visa fee refunded on refusal? The destination's own rule answers that, and we verify it for you before you pay.

Paid to us

Our follow-up fee

For establishing the type of application, reviewing your situation, preparing the file and coordinating translation and certification, booking the appointment and completing the form, accompaniment and interpretation, and following through to the answer. We tell you the full amount before we begin.

The first consultation is free whether you continue with us or not. And if your file is straightforward and you can submit it yourself, we say so and walk you through the steps — we do not charge a fee for work you do not need. As for anyone asking a single vague amount “for the visa”, ask them how much of it is an official fee, how much is their fee, and who each part is paid to.

What usually stops a file

We list these because knowing them before applying is more useful than knowing them after a refusal. These are the most frequent in the visa files that reach us:

The file contradicts itselfA date on the form that does not match the documents, an address that does not match the registered one, a name spelled differently. The reader does not see your intention; they see two papers that disagree.
Income insufficient, or not evidenced in the required formThe problem is usually not the amount but the evidence: a statement that does not cover the required period, or a sum arriving in one payment shortly before the appointment with no clear source.
The documents do not support the stated purposeA purpose written on the form with nothing in the file behind it: no invitation, no itinerary, nothing tying you to the destination or to the reason for the visit.
The passport or the permit expires soonThis is among the things we stop before an application, not after it. What each destination requires by way of validity differs from the next, which is why we check your destination's rule before you pay a fee. A document renewed before applying is cheaper than an application repeated from the start.
A past visa or residence violationAn overstay, an irregular entry, or an earlier decision on record. This is readable in your file and cannot be hidden; it is stated plainly and the file is built around it.
A forged document, or one that cannot be verifiedWhat its own source cannot confirm is read as untrue. Verifying it takes no expert: the hotel is asked about the booking, the statement is required with the bank's stamp, the employer is checked. Anyone offering to prepare such papers for you is selling you a refusal, not a visa.
Applying in the wrong categoryA tourist application for a trip whose purpose is treatment or work, or the reverse. It is the most avoidable reason of all — one question before starting prevents it.

The conditions, periods and fees in visa applications change by decision of the authorities, and differ by destination, nationality and type of application; we verify them when we study your case and do not publish figures that may be out of date.

Questions people ask about the VIP visa

What does “VIP visa” actually mean?
“VIP” is the name of the service, not a type of visa — no consulate has an official category by that name. What it means here: your file prepared in full and in the right form, your appointment arranged, your documents translated and certified, and accompaniment on the day if you need it. The decision itself stays with the consulate alone.
Do you guarantee that the visa will be granted?
No, and nobody can. The decision belongs to the consulate of the destination country alone. What we commit to is our own work: a complete file, matching information, and appointments through the official channel. If anyone promises you the visa itself, ask them on what basis they promise a decision that is not theirs to make.
I hold a kimlik (temporary protection card) — can I apply for a visa?
That is two questions rather than one, and we separate them for you before you pay any fee. First: what the destination's consulate accepts from you as a travel document — that differs by destination, and we check it rather than guess it. The second weighs more and has nothing to do with the visa decision: leaving for a third country ends temporary protection for the person who holds it. That is published by Migration Management. We put it in front of you before you start preparing any document, not after you have paid.
I was offered a hotel booking and a bank statement “just for the file” — is that acceptable?
No. Supporting documents are checked at their source, not at our office, and a document its own source will not confirm works against you rather than for you. We prepare what actually exists: a booking really made in your name, a statement issued by your bank as it stands, and whatever explains the purpose of your trip from your real situation.
I have heard that depositing a large sum before the appointment strengthens the file — is that true?
It is more likely to harm it than to strengthen it. What is read in a bank statement is not the final figure alone but the movement of the account: a large deposit appearing out of nowhere, with no known income behind it, raises a question instead of answering one. What helps is a statement that reflects your real situation, with something attached that explains where your income comes from. And if your situation is not enough today, we say so plainly and explain what would make it enough later.
My application was refused before — can I reapply?
Yes, but not with the same file. The first step is reading the reason written in the answer: some reasons are fixed with a document or a corrected detail, others need a change in your situation or simply time. Send us the text of the answer and we will tell you which of the two you are in.
Can you get an appointment when they are fully booked?
We book through the official channel and in turn, nothing more. We do not sell appointments and we do not pay for priority. If there is no near appointment we tell you so plainly, rather than taking your money and leaving you to wait.
How long does it take?
We do not give a figure we cannot keep. Part of the time is ours: preparing the file, the translation and the certification. The larger part is with the receiving authority: the earliest available appointment and how long the application is studied. What we do tell you: which step is in our hands, and which step follows the consulate.

Tourism and travel servicesThe most expensive thing about a trip is rarely the ticket. It is a small detail that surfaces late: a name that does not match the passport, a validity that falls short for the destination, or a departure that ends your status in Türkiye. Our work is to check those before you pay, and to make the booking serve the procedure behind it. If your trip is simple and no file depends on it, we tell you to book it yourself.Consular proceduresMost of these procedures you can complete yourself. The difficulty is not the procedure but its order and its form: which document is prepared first, which certification comes before which, and in what form each is accepted. And Syria is not among the contracting parties to the Apostille Convention, so a Syrian document needs a chain of certification rather than a single stamp — a chain whose shape is set by the authority that will receive it. Go in the wrong order and you lose both the appointment and the fee.Sworn translation and notarisationA document is not accepted because it has been translated, but because it is in the form the authority receiving it asked for: some procedures accept a sworn translation on its own, others require notarisation. And a Syrian document carries no apostille: Syria is not a party to the Apostille Convention. No office can validly ask you for one. Its route is a chain of certification that ends in translation. So we start from one question: who will receive it, and how was the request worded?Residence permit in TürkiyeWhat stops most files is not the law but a missing document, or an application filed under a permit type that does not fit the case. So we start from your situation: which route is yours, what you actually need, and what gets checked before the appointment rather than after — then we follow it until the decision, and through to the card if it is approved.

Tell us where you want to travel

The destination, the purpose of the trip and the permit you hold — three lines are enough. We will tell you what your file needs. And if applying now is not right, we will tell you honestly, and we will not charge you for that answer.
